Problem for Cuisinart DCC-2000
Display is Off, doesn't operate
When plugging it in, I can see the 12:00 flash for a millisecond. A couple times, I've plugged it in and the display turned on and I was in the process of setting the clock when it would go back out. Would love to know if anyone has solutions they've figured out. I plan to disassemble, can use multimeter and solder, but knowing what's up from someone who's been there would help. Thanks!

Try this and let me know if it works - plug the coffeemaker in, turn the function knob to BREW, and then press all 3 buttons in the center of the coffeemaker (the 1-4 button, et, etc) and hold them for a few seconds. Let me know if the clock display comes back on.

Return it to the company and refuse any charges. I am on my second one now and it took less time to loose its display and funtions just like yours. It does not get better, gets worse. I have found that unplugging and letting it set for a bit works best. I am taking this junk back tomarrow to Lowes.
