How can i get back on line please

Try powering down everything starting with your pc, then the router and modem unplug the router and modem then after its all shut down plug them in in this order, 1st the modem let it boot up wait like a minute then power up the router same thing let it boot and last power up the pc, if this doesnt work try connecting your pc directly to the modem if that works then the problem is in your router if not then the problem is most likely with your ips contact them and ask around if thats the case
