Any time i press a button it wont do any thing accept say set 1 s

any time i press a button it wont do any thing accept say set 1 so i cant control the movie or change settings.i wonder if it lot the code for controlling it, same thing and I don't know what can I do with this.

If your seeing Set 1 (or any number after 1,2, or 3,) hold down 1 and enter at the same time for 6 second while the unit is on and point it to the unit.

Try holding in the enter button at the same time prees number two for 5secs.
