I started to get huge water bills, I noticed that the washer machine sometimes running to long... I checked it & noticed that sometimes (not always) its at a step when filling it but it is just doesn't fills (just a bit) for a long time, I cant here any drain noises but I can here the water comes in... also - no leaks..

You will find your drain pipe is to low. Raise it to the same height as the machine retry.
