Question about Olympus WS-100 Digital Voice Recorder
When I plug in the recorder the folder for the recorder opens, but I am denied access to playing them. Is this scenario a codec problem? I thought it may be a problem with my computer and tried it on another computer. Now the files are not appearing at all. The folder opens but it is empty. The files are not recognized by the computer. The files are still on the recorder and plays, but I have no way of transferring them to my computer.
This is the only place I found online for troubleshooting for the Olympus recorder. Doesn't Olympus even have it's own support network???
The computer not support the file format. use DSS player to convert the file format to wav and then to any other audio format. or use the SONY LAS VEGAS 7.0 OR 8.0 to convert it into required format.
