Ademco Alarm System - Zone works opposite? Triggers on (door closed)/ Stay Off (door opened)?

My zone one (front door). Alarm goes off when the system is armed and door is closed (sometimes in the middle of the night, when door is locked and closed tight). The opposite is also true. If I arm the system and the open the door (to get the alarm to sound), it is silent. Is this a polarity thing? What happened to my system?

I dont think it polarity not unless alarms in the usa are different from nz aus uk sounds like you have a faulty something. try open and closing the front door and look at the keypad to see if the zone activates as it should. there can only realy be 3 things. device, cable or panel fault. you can easly test the system by swaping the zones in the panel ie zone 1 to 2 and 2 to 1 providing that they have similar zone charectorists ie "entry exit" if the fault moves to the other zone you know its a device fault.(inspecting the cable for damage is probably the easy thing to do) if its a reed switch you could look at the position of the magnet it may be making borderline contact and a slight movement of the door could be tripping the zone. if the fault doesnt move its a panel fault. before you jump in though make sure that if you dont comprimise your protection or insurance by trying DIY security. good luck (if you have no joy post more details)

When i unlock any door on my mazda premacy only the door that the key is in unlocks and because the other doors have not unlocked it activates the alarm system

The central locking system is designed to be opened initially with the electronic remote which will then de-activate the alarm simultaneously.

If you insert the key in the lock to open the door, only that door will unlock but the alarm will sound until you insert the key into the ignition and turn the ignition on. This is because the alarm has not been de-activated by opening the door manually by inserting the key in the lock.

My car alarm system in my mitsubishi eclipse spyder, goes off randomly at diffrent times. but when we touch or hit the car slightly nothing goes off. so its not the fact of something touching it and it...

Your issue may exist with the other alarm triggers; hood, trunk and door. Check under the hood for a pin switch. It would usually be located on the drivers side, under the hood near the headlight assembly or attached to a metal bracket near the firewall. Check to make sure that it is making contact with the hood when the hood is closed. This is the most common cause of a false trigger. These pins and the brackets that hold them become damaged and misaligned by lube techs when performing routine maintenance. You may need to remove and replace the pin if it's damaged or, bend the bracket holding a pin switch upward to allow it to continue to make contact with the hood when closed.

Ademco panel code was lost

1234 is the new master code, 4112 is the installer code to get into programming. If you defaulted the panel, all previous zone programming is lost as well as reporting methods and types for those zones. Basically it's set back to the way it came out of the box!

What type of panel is it? Do you have the manuals?

Ademco 15P Check Fire Alert

Check means it is not seeing the smoke detector. This usually means a broken wire or even a nail or staple through the wire. Does the smoke detector use two or 4 wires?
