Hello I have a Changjiang A968

Hello I have a Changjiang A968 and i love the phone. I am currently on 02 in the UK - How do i add a word to the text directory. It doesn't like words like 'don't, won't, didn't etc. Plus, is there any way i can delete some of the chinese options for writing a text as it takes me ages to change the writing format when i text. Plus, i keep losing signal which never happened with my old Ericsson phone, is there a way of checking and tweaking the settings. Its such a good phone and i dont want to give it up. Thanks Monique
