I am just a common man who wants to buy a camera but it should not be like normal digi cams. it should look like a SLR camera and my budget is Rs 27000/- . where i can fix some filters and some lens as well

Since I am a "Pentax" fan, I recommend a K110D (DSLR) w/lens. It is one of the lowest cost, high quality camera & lens for the money ($350).
Next step up is the Pentax K2000 (10.2megapixels) w/lens [WalMart $500].
no, I'm not a WalMart fan, just makes sense to pay the least for the same product.

Lenses at Bestbuy, WalMart, etc.

See what other "experts" recommend and you decide.

I recommend NIKON D SLR cameras The new D90 i a cool camera I have the d-80 s and several lenses and filters i Love nikon there customer service is bar none they stand behind there product
