We need to depress the primary start button serveral times before the washer actually starts. We have had it replace two years ago. It seems to be contact issue.

Neutral safety switch would be a good guess! Don't know where it is on your 2001 eclipse but I could find out? they are testable.....dave

Depending on the washing machine there is a time delay between when the "Start button" is depressed and the actual start of the cycle, also the lid, on a lot of newer washers, must be closed to start the cycle. Give it 30 seconds to start, if it does not start, post again.

Is the door lock button on, but the door not actually locked? Our door lock switch keeps going out. We have replaced it 4 times in the last 3 years.

if it has a belt, it may be slipping, but you would smell a bit of burning rubber.in high use times(4 to 8 pm), the current of electric supply is low, thus less power. third, motor may need to be replaced. plz rate-bozcro

Yes it would seem unlikely that the dial would cause this problem. It is more likely to be the seal if the pusher seems hard to depress. Watches should be serviced every two to three years at which time pusher seals are usually replaced. Recommend you take it to a watchmaker for a service to maintain the watch properly.

the button is stuck because of food buildup over the years underneath the button, this happens even to newer ones after about a year of use, new microwaves are cheap and the lower end models start at only $35 from walmart I would reccomend buying a new one, newer microwaves use less power and are more effecient so a new one will pay for itself in saved electricty costs after about 2-3 years of use.

Yes - often times the plastic breaks from slamming the door.

possible issue with key or otherwise know as user interface..it is actually a conbination of keypads and electronic componets..pad could be stuck or actual interface computers scrambled
