i have a zenith rear projection screen.the left half of the screen is fine.the whole right hand side has a green tint and has double vision.

Bad convergence causes this replace STKs or whole convergence Board STK ICs are big black ICs will have part # on them STK392-110s call Mats for STKs 1-800-628-1118 or to replace whole board call Zenith exchange 1-800-632-6637 they even have power supply boards when in stock or they can rebuilt your board.
