I found a heat selector switch, but I don't know if that's what you need. You can do web search for ' heat selector switches' or' mig welder switches'.....
You can sometimes find a dated tag on the body of the machine, otherwise there are some dated components on the control board that can give you an epproximate age.
As for "value" that can vary widely. It was made by Century as I recall, There are people who will be willing to pay the premium price for the Snap On name. So based on that- if you gas kit, and a decent condition gun, you can probably price it comparable to a similar bew Lincoln with gas kit. If you are in an area where that premium name won't add value, consider about 2/3 the price of a new comparable as a starting point. Ebat may have some that you can compare to for an idea of regional value.
There is an inline fuse with the power feed to the gun, it may be blown. It is usually under the panel that exposes your connections for the gun/ wire spool.
