Start here on Linksys Support.
http://www.linksysbycisco.com/US/en/support
Under the Start Here heading, go down to the box under it. Has, Enter serial or model number here, in the box. Type in the serial number, or model number of your router.
Don't know where the serial number or model number is located on your Linksys router? Click on the Question Mark to the right of, Where's my model number?
I'm going to use a Linksys WRT54G for an example.
I type wrt54g in the box under Start Here.
You will now be automatically taken to the main page for the Linksys WRT54G Wireless-G Broadband Router.
In the left column under Downloads and Drivers, go down the column, and click on GET DOWNLOADS. (It's capitalized. Not 'shouting')
Now you will see a rectangular button that has, Select Your Version, in it.
Click on the Down Arrow immediately to the right. Select which version your router is. You may have to scroll the side bar down to see your version. Now click on the version number. (Examples, 1.0, 2.2, 5.0, and 8.2)
I'm going to choose 8.0 for this example, so I will click right on 8.0
Now go below and under the heading, Guides and Information, click on
User Guide.
If you have problems with this for your Linksys router, come back with the Linksys router model number, and what version it is. I will give you a direct link to Linksys Support, and the User Guide.
