I have the z22 palm, and the touchscreen is no longer responding to the sytlus or my fingers. I have reset it a couple times, and still nothing. I can't even sync it with my computer. Any suggestions? Or am I out of luck?

- I don't know how to remove the casing... I've tried a hard reset as well multiple times, still nothing.
I had an issue like that myself. what I did was seperate the casing and remove the battery for about 10 seconds(reset) place the battery back in the unit, snap the case back together and power it back up. That should fix ya
I've had two of these with the same problem; screen freezes up. Dishnetman's solution sounded logical, so I tried it. However, the battery on my unit is hard-wired onto the circuit board. The act of taking it apart did something, though; the screen has loosened up now and works...with a little force.

software problem - I was on the chat line with palm and they gave me information and said if I had the same problem use ther chat line ID, they gave me an ID number - now I can not seem to find their chat line again - can anyone direct me to palm chat line , I have a Z22
