Question about Motorola Mobility ROKR E1 Cellular Phone
Can you access the master reset menu from the phones menu? If so select it and the password is all zeroes. IIf not turn the phone on and then remove the battery. Leave the battery out overnight...then on the following day put the battery back in and turn it on (this is the only way to perform a hard reset on thie phone). If it still doesn't help, then the phone will require flashing of the firmware (flexing). Good luck!
