My kenmore 70 series is only filling with cold water. The hot water is wide open threw the hose but, it is barely dripping in the tub. Does anyone know what might be causing this and how i would go about fixing the problem?

There is a mesh screen in the end of the hose where it connects to the water inlet valve. It may be clogged with sediment. Flush the hose out to get it all out and clean the screen.

You probably either have a bad timer, water valve or clogged up valve where the hose connects to it..

Check the strainer on the hot valve for debris. If you do not find trash in the strainer you will need a water valve. Less than $12 most of the time
