Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
Sir, I have Tried three time to install XP SP3 Updates Which I have Recived through Microsoft updates in size near about 70 MB, still these updates are lying in window any time the update insttaler allerting me to install the updates, On Other side time of insttalation it goes fast but near to complition about 90% system it self restats? after opening next time The Messege come The Insttalation is INTRUPTED so back up configuration is in Progress Its take 20 to 30 minute for roll back, than Previous Window Starting up. And I DONOT KNOW TO REMOVE the downloaded updates? &why this Problem Is Coming evry time.Plz Assist me to remmovethis. My XP Window is SP1+SP2 =XP SP2 is runing nicely.
If you don't want to install those updates you should have switch off your automatic updates. the problem is the your computer might not be compaitble with the update which was sent to you.XP SP3 have a higher system and hardware requirements than xp sp2. in order to resolve your problem you need to run your xp sp2 and press repair instead of format in this way it can return to your original system. you can also try the system restore press the start, all programs look for the system tools then system restore check what date you installed this sp3 then select the day before you installed this in order for you to return to your original operating system. hoping that this will help you, expecting your positive response.

I think at time of 90% xp is installing security updates which causes viruses in computer to disarm . so they react on computer with restaring it spoiling update . try and scan with a new version of avast antivirus or bitdefender internet security

Tips for a great answer:
There's no SP3 for the 64-bit version of Windows XP. If you're running the 64-bit version of Windows XP with SP2, you have the latest service pack and will continue to be eligible for support and receive updates until April 8, 2014. To find out what version you're running, see Is my PC running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?
