Tv not turn on

TV will not turn on. when opened back of tv, LED light labeled protection LED blinking in back of tv...red light blinks when first plugged in but then nothing. When problem first occurred, TV turned off by itself a few times and now it won't turn back on. We have no clue about electronics but mechanically inclined!!! PLEASE HELP my son is going through Elmo withdraws!!

Ur power board is dead.need a new one.

- What tv is this a DLP or LCD? Name brand & model?

- The A/C cord plug in to get power,that the board,tries these websites.Shopjimmy.com,Tv Repair World.com or Partstore.com.
