Question about Network & Wireless Adapters
Just set up my 2701. Had the same problem. Steps are as follows:
Go to start, run, enter "CMD" then (enter), on black screen type in "ipconfig" then (enter)
if you are connected to the modem you should see something like 192.168.0.1. copy this down
next enter EXIT and (enter)
click on your IE explorer and when it opens, in the address line enter "http:\\xxx.xxx.x.x, the number you copied. it should access the modems set up page. use the wizard icon on the right and set up the modem in it's default mode.

If you are looking for information on a network device, you can GOOGLE search the device for manuals and/or drivers. You can also go to Support of the Device Manufacture website. Both ways work equally well. BPCS
