my hp laptop et center quite working. keyboard not working and also mouse. the off and on button works but want do anything . is there a reset button or something?

Try following these steps,
first remove the battery, the memory, the HDD and re plug the ac connector and then power on. A beep should come. after the beep remove the ac power and re plugin the HDD , Memory and battery and switch on. see if it helps. if not you need to change your motherboard
