Plasma i can't turn on my tv,only when i press the button myself,but i has no picture it goses from black to white,white to black,i can not change channels and i can not turn it off with the tv control.

Sounds like it's on the wrong input, maybe it's analog tuner. Have you tried changing it's input?

this will reset all settings with TV in standby press INFO / MENU / MUTE / STANDBY on remote the TV will come on with a menu DO NOT CHANGE ANY OTHER SETTINGS only use down navigation key to move to were it displays reset then press RIGHT NAVIGATION key the TV will reset press standby to exit menu and then retune TV.
but if otherwise Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy parts for the replacement.

you have to change color system of dvd(ntsc, pal,) normally dvd remote will p/n button..press it to change color system,,otherwise u have to change color system of ur tv

One of your "X" buffer boards is defective. In Panasonic plasma tv's they are located at the bootom of the set and connect directly to the plasma diplay panel via a thin ribbon cable. The board you want to replace will be directly in line with the discolored vertival line in the picture. The part number is on the circuit board and usualy starts with "tnp..." or "txp..."

Y SUS and Buffers are usual culprit.

if the lines covered the entiire screen, fist I would check to see if the TV's menu can be seen. If not then check the buffer boards. Next I would check the logic board
