Anica I'm Sorry machine does not store fax's unless it has not printed them, it only stores transaction record with details like time, page qty and number received from, not a fax image

Some faxes are saved but are deleted after they are bumped off by more recent faxes. look in the fax section and see if there is a jobs stored or recent faxes sent section. That would be the only way.

How do i reprint a fax from my lexmark X5470

I'm sorry to inform you that the Lexmark X5470 does not have the capability of reprinting previous fax messages. You can, however, contact the sender and have the fax sent to you again.

Need to print a fax in memory, machine was turned off and unplugged

It may be too late to print the faxes if your printer was unplugged. But you can try:

reprint the faxes in memory

Your HP OfficeJet can store a limited number of fax pages in its memory, with

the number of pages depending on the model you purchased. When your

HP OfficeJet runs out of memory to store faxes, it will not receive any more fax

calls until the stored faxes are printed.

Reprint Faxes in Memory enables you to reprint a fax stored in memory. For

example, if your print cartridge runs out of ink or paper becomes jammed when

printing a fax. This option prints all faxes in memory; press Cancel to stop

printing faxes you do not need.

1 Press Menu.

2 Press 2, then press 3.

This selects the Fax Functions menu, then selects the Reprint Faxes in
option. The faxes are printed from memory.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

Thanks, Joe

I cannot FAX anything because I keep getting "memory low press enter" when I try to FAX. How can I fix this?

Deleting faxes from memory
Use this procedure only if you are concerned someone else has access
to your product and will try to reprint faxes from the reprint memory.
CAUTION In addition to clearing the reprint memory, this procedure clears any fax
currently being sent, unsent faxes pending redial, faxes scheduled to be
sent at a future time, and faxes not printed or forwarded.
To delete faxes from memory
1 Press menu/enter.
2 Press > once to display Fax Functions and press menu/enter.
3 Use the button to select Clear Saved Faxs, and press
4 Press menu/enter to confirm the deletion.

Using an HP 8560MFP, how can I reprint a previous fax from a few weeks ago?

I have had little luck recovering old faxes from MFP printers, most do not have an internal hard drive, unless they are the bigger leased copier style units, and even then its a extra feature, Normally on these type machines faxes are stored to RAM which is temporary and cleared often. Though most machines will reprint the last job, because its still retrievable from memory. Not much of a solution, but this is my experience. cheers

Can I receive a fax already recieved

With a computer: The software or utility that views your faxes should also be able to print them. (This may not always be the case).

Without a computer: You could try making a copy of the fax.

My printer on my mfc-210c want print any document from my computer, the ink is fine,it even print out the help list, but want print from my lap top

Did you install the driver in your laptop? is it connected via USB or wireless? check printers and faxes under control panel and try canceling the documents in your printers queue if theres any, right click and cancel document and try reprinting.

Hope this helps

Reprinting a fax

First of all how do you have your 4 in one set up? Do you have faxes so they spool to your hard drive or print directly from your printer? Some fax machines have there own memory. I must mention though this amount of memory is very small. If you use your fax machine alot then your document may be lost. However if you spool to your hard drive you will be able to bring up the utility for your 4 in 1 and it will have the document date and time.. click on it and it will bring it up usually in a word processing format and you can print it from there.
