First check the staus of the drive in device manager.. then just reseat the Drive.. Instal a software By name MICROSOFT FIXIT.. and using this software delete the Upper and lower filter ... it ll solve the issue...

try the following
Right click My Computer / Manage / Storage / Storage Management. can you see on the right in the graphical display the DVD drive? if yes, does it have a drive letter? if no, right click on it and assign any unused drive letter. after this assignment the drive should show up again in My Computer.
If this doesn't work go in the device manager. is there a yellow exclamation mark or even a red sign beside the DVD/CD drive? if yes double click this entry. on the new window click on the "Driver" tab. click on "driver update", then follow the instructions on the screen

Open the below site and download the driver.
