Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
Hold down the menu button for 15 seconds it will shut down and turn it on again it might work normal again, but it might no. if you sownlad songs with limewire its going to happen. which sucks, i know. it happens to me. youre better of just going to where you got it an get a new one. or call the sandisk place and see,

Call the company or return it to the store where you got it. They will replace it or give you a full refund.
