Re: sansa e200

Hold down the menu button for 15 seconds it will shut down and turn it on again it might work normal again, but it might no. if you sownlad songs with limewire its going to happen. which sucks, i know. it happens to me. youre better of just going to where you got it an get a new one. or call the sandisk place and see,

Re: sansa e200

Call the company or return it to the store where you got it. They will replace it or give you a full refund.

My sansa wont turn on, I took out battery to reset and blue ring

Try resetting your firmware via Sandisk's support site. If it still doesn't work, your sansa's mainboard might be busted. The cost of replacing it will be more than a refurbished one (under $40 online).

Mp3 player wont play songs or anything

Only 2 suggestions here: 1) Make sure your HOLD switch is not enabled. 2) Try to update the firmware If neither of these work, time to send the unit back to Sandisk

MP3 problem

Mine does this, and so does my friend's player. Just unscrew the back, remove the battery for 30 seconds, put it back together. Works for me.
