This could be a problem regarding your game data/save data. You could try deleting the game data and save data of CoD: MW2 on your system. Go to Game Data Utility and Saved Data Utility and delete everything pertaining to Cod: MW2 including any corrupt data. Once that is over, try running the game again.
You should also make sure that your game is updated. If you start up the game and the game is asking for an update, then you should update your game and try running it again.
If you game is not updated, try updating it before doing the game data/save data. If it works, you no longer need to delete the save/game data.

In order to delete a save file, you must press Up/Left, B, and Select at the same time at the main screen. In HeartGold/Soul Silver, you cannot overwrited save data by making a new file.
I'm not sure there is a way to delete all data. One way might be to hit A, B, X, Y, L, and R, but I can't guarantee that will work. If not, just let Amazon know that the data cannot be deleted and they can just overwrite the save data with a new game.
All Wii games and Wii Channels that create a save file (such as for game progress, high scores, channel settings) that can be deleted or copied. To delete save game data
Okay, first thing, this game does not actually have an option for deleting saved games. Silly, I know.
That being said, there is -a- way to delete saved data, though I do not recommend it because of possible damage to your cart. The best option is to simply start a new game and save it over your last.
If you still feel the need to delete your saved data, you can follow this procedure "at your own risk".
Start the game. Load the saved file you want deleted. Once the game is up, go to save the game again. Select your save and hit "Save". Now eject the game while its saving. Restart the game, and try to load your save slot. You should receive an error about the save being corrupted and deleted.
