Problem for Jenn-Air JED8230 Electric Cooktop

Electric shock from cooktop, didn't trip breaker,

electric shock from cooktop while cleaning. Had knobs off and was reaching into downdraft to clean out crumbs with damp cloth. Arc sound that didn't trip breaker, but cooktop smells like something is burned. Also, shirt I was wearing was touching the cooktop and has a burn mark on it. We have turned off breaker, but do we call cooktop repairman or electrician?

Where did you smell the smell was it from the fan switch. turn the power off and take the screw out of where the fan switch is and check the wires to the switch and the switch itself. sometimes the jennair cooktops have issues with that switch. let me know how it goes
