Question about HP Scanjet 8250 Flatbed Scanner
When I scan a document through the feeder in my HP c7280 I get 2 vertical lines, that look like smuge/clear about 1/2 inch in widhth, running down the entire page. The first line is about 19 inches from the left edge and the 2 line sra eabout 8 inches apart. It seems they would be caused from some rollers since the lines do not print if I scan directly from the glass. Pleade advise how to fix and specifically locate the source of the issue. Thanks so much
this fixed it for me
