The problem is the disc. It is most likely warped. I had the same issue and I actually removed the unit from the dash still connected, tapped the top and pushed the eject button and out came the disc. I played a little longer and reinserted the disc and it showed the error again, tapped it and ejected it then tried another disc and no problem at all. I tried several and they all worked and every so often tried the original one and it showed error each time. It seems as though the fact it was warped it was catching the unit or a sensor was seeing it as a problem and not allowing it to eject. Hope this helps

Pioneer cdj 400 unit turns on, takes cd, cd spins and then just ejects it.

There are two reasons for this fault. The first one is with its disc loading mechanism. If the mechanism do not place the disc properly on to the reading chasis, this fault can be. It will spin for some time and will ejected automatically
The second one is with its optical pickup unit. If optical pickup unit do not read the disc; due to some fault to it [dust or dirt over the optical lens]. But in this case, there will be only "No Disc" display will be there. No automatic ejection will take place.
With your player, the first sated might be the case. The disc loading mechanism might need replacement.

My pioneer AVH-p6500 shows error 02. I found out in the manual that it is from a scratched disc(so it would not play it). Problem is, I could not eject the disc it keeps turning the system off. Please...

Unfortunately the internal safety circuits are going to fight you here. The unit has detected a mechanical problem during the attempt to eject and shuts down to prevent further damage. You will need to dis-assemble the unit to remove the disc. It is possible that the lens has a dirt film on it that would prevent it from reading the disc, thus the 02 error code. This is not the easiest mechanism to work on. I would suggest that you seek a service shop for this repair.

E-9101 and EJECT

E-9101 error is for Mechanical time out, it means your player can not read the disc within the given time period.

You may have to clean your player, there may be dust, dirt or other particle into insertion slot.

Cd keeps ejecting on pioneer 1500 error code 10

The manual says a code 10 is Electrical or mechanical. The say the solution is to turn the ignition on and off, or switch to a different source, then back to cd player.

Mechanism error

If your unit is still making noise like it is trying to eject, then give it a little help by using a tweezer to pull the disc out after you pressed eject. Then clean the eject's mechanism rollers by using a couple of Q-tips and alcohol. Stick the slightly wet Q-tip into the center of the disc player slot until you reach the rollers after that slide it against the rollers from side to side, when you do that the sliding switches will trigger the eject mechanism and the rollers will start to roll. After afew times change the Q-tip and repeat. Allow 10-15 minutes for it to dry out completly. It should work after that. But if your unit is making clicking sounds or no sound at all right now and it display mechanical error message, then you have deep mechanical problems. There are services on Ebay for about $100, contact Rick for service. He own SAME DAY AUDIO SERVICES, he is very reliable. You can call me too:801-414-4566. Good luck.

Disc wont eject

Hi jamie,
It seems you have opened the top cover of your unit. Now take a dry cotton bud clean the roller which you can find right in front. Please do not use any liquid to clean the same.
Please cast your vote for me if this solve your problem.
