Question about Frigidaire FEX831CS Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
Something to check would be the two aluminum bolts in the clamp block that holds the basket assembly to the transmission crank.
If one breaks, one side of the basket can drop enough to rub on the plastic water tub.
Its an easy test, they can be examined by simply removing the agitator.
If indeed one is broken, I suggest replacing both of them with brass bolts. (two brass bolts from the hardware will be cheaper for you than one OEM aluminum bolt)
