if it happens with all the DIsk
you have a problem with the disk lence or related parts
(if it is not in a warranty period)
If you can do it youself first you have to open the cover of the player slowly and use a blower and clean all dust particales inside the player.....throughly..and re test ......
if still you face the same problem you have to throughly check and look at the disk lence unit
