Hi,after taking the pictures,it could either be saved in the pictures folder or another, usually to verify which, open crystal eye webcam software look for the settings tab,or tools,or advance options tab etc, locate where you have "save pictures to",select Browse to see exactly the location of your saved pictures and you could possibly select a new location.
This is usually cause by a file in your "My pictures" folder that is oversized and cannot be handle by the Crystal Eye software. Simply move all files (not sub folders) from your "My pictures" folder into a sub folder.
go to my computer where the crystal eye is located...open it to take pictures..there will be the picks you seek for ...just right click after you take ..and save to my documents or my picture ..or just copy paste them from there ...just like from any other web camera ..
First thing you need to install AOL messenger so you can enjoy chatting with your friends while you chat with them. In the AOL messenger you can start your cam. There should be an icon of the software that runs your camera on your desktop. Use that to take pictures and save on a specified file location then after that enjoy sending e-mails or chat with your friends with your cam. Let me know if you have further questions.
well fist the size that it is says is creating the error is interesting. My guess is that the fault is because the picture you are trying to access is actually a GIF. If this is the case many camera software and even some of the graphic software will not read it. Try opening that picture in internet explorer and see what happens. To remove the fault what i would do is erase the picture or move it to another part of your hard drive. That way when you start the camera it will not be looking for that picture but another JPEG.
