It sounds like you have a short in the wiring, element, or motor of the drier.
Unplug and do not plug in until repaired. Most driers can be opened for inspection by lifting the lid. You would do this through the front door area, looking up you should see several screws which need to be removed from the underside of the lid. Once removed a putty knife needs to be slid in the sides or from corners to release a spring clip allow the lid to swing up and back. Be careful not to twist the knife as you can crack the enamel finish on the drier.
As dryers age, humidity and vibration sometimes cause shorting in the wire harness connections, or the element breaks from expansion and contraction. You are dealing with 220 volts here so unless you know what you are doing, do not attempt the repairs yourself. Look for any evidence of burned connections. if none are visible you likely have an internal short circuit, where electricity is hitting the metal of the drier which could give you a big jolt if you flip that breaker again. Call a recommended repair tech if this one is above your experience. BE SAFE

The dryer is not getting hot to dry the close, but there was something on the water heater pushing on a red button

unless I'n missing something the water heater has nothing to do with your dryer. If you have an electric dryer and the tumbler is turning then you have electricity to the dryer. If however the tumbler is not turning check the wall plugin. It probably is a CFI plug and may need to be reset.

Reliant 40 gallon tall electric water heater replaced both thermostats upper and lower elements flushed tank hot water very hot temp turned down lowest possible keeps tripping reset button what else could...

Problem has to be bad element or bad thermostat.

Test elements for short to ground through metal tank wall:
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-test-water-heater-element.html

Make sure factory-installed insulation and cover are re-installed over new thermostats so they do not misread tank temperature.
If problem does not show with elements, then replace thermostats again.

Getting temperature right on monarch mixer shower

As long as your not using it, take off the handle with a phillips and you'll find your temperature mechanism behind it. Make sure the arrows are aligned. Typically hot is on the left and cold on right, unless the shower shares pipes with another water device on the opposite side of the wall. Plumbers save time, money, and copper by using the same pipes for closely placed water devices on opposite sides of the wall.

Kenmore side by side water leaking from freezer

You can buy a kit from whirlpool. In the kit is a metal tab that mounts onto the defrost heater. It is long enough to go into the hole. When the heater comes on for defrost the heat transfers down to the hole and keeps it from getting plugged up with ice. Part number 819043

How do you get the heating element out of a dryer model GLER341ASO Serial X013305567

Disconnect power before working on this dryer.

Place putty knife in the seam between the top and front panel about 2” in from either side. Push in on clip while pulling control panel forward and tilting putty knife handle up, all at the same time. Same on opposite side. Raise top all the way.

Looking down inside dryer on left and right see a screw about 6 inches down. Remove each side while holding front panel in place. Pull top of front panel about 3 inches forward from sides and then pull up. This will disengage the front panel from lower pressure clips and allow you to turn it sideways and expose the dryer interior.

The heater is located behind the drum on the back wall. Disconnect the belt through the small opening at the rear of the dryer. Take careful note of belt configuration BEFORE removing it. Draw a diagram of its travel.

Lift drum about 1 inch straight up at rear...then pull whole drum forward while keeping lifted. This should expose the heater for checking.

Reverse process to re-assemble.

Water leaking inside from freezer through vent?

you have a blocked drain, when the fridge goes into defrost the heater in the freezer comes on to melt the ice off of the evaporator coil, the water drains down a tube, your drain is blocked, shut the fridge off or unplug it,remove all the food,if it has an ice maker remove it and the shelf, remove the floor and the plastic piece under it and then remove the back inside wall of the freezer, under the coil is the drain hole, melt out the ice with a hair dryer, catch the melted ice water with a towel or shop vac, after the ice is melted pour hot water into the drain,if it doesn't go down get a turkey baster and try to push the water down the tube, you might have to hit it again with the hair dryer,i use a steamer to do this job but a hair dryer and turkey baster will work, keep at it until the water drains down, you might have to go in the back, remove the bottom panel and find the drain tube, ther could be dust or other stuff clogging the tube if so clear it,after you get the water to drain you can buy a heater probe, you connect it to the heater and stick the other end down the drain when the heater comes on the metal heats up stopping the drain from freezing again part wr2x9393 or a piece of copper will work from an electrical house wire do the same thing rap it around the heater or metal that's near the heater and stick the other end down the drain.this will stop it from doing this.
