Just lift the back side panel of the watch.
First let me say that I do not recommend learning battery placement in a watch on this particular brand. A mis-step here could cost you hundreds of dollars on this high grade movement. Also, if the watch is water resistant, you most likely do not have the seals or pressure testing equipment to reseal the watch.
That said, if you want to proceed-
There are several different styles of back. Without knowing the model I am going to give you some general instructions.
For a pop off back you would use what we call a watch knife. This would allow you to ease up the back by gently wedging the knife straight into the separation between the back and the case. The area to begin inserting the knife is generally the upper right corner or the area marked by a slight raise (tab) in the back. Be sure to go straight in as widdling will cause damage to the case and back and possibly the seal. Only go in far enough to raise the lid and slowly work your way all the way around the lid. Be sure no to let the knife slip inside the watch case as this may cause damage to the coil or other vital parts of the watch movement.
For a back with screws use the correct size micro screw driver and remove the screws. Be careful not to strip the screws.
For a back that screws off you will need a watch wrench. Place the three prongs of the watch wrench into the slots along the back of the watch. Make sure that the prongs all face inward the same direction on the wrench so you do not slip and damage the back.
As I stated in the beginning. I recommend taking this time piece to a qualified watch maker/technician (not a jeweler) for service.
