Hello, you only have to take the peddles off. The right one comes of anti- clockwise, and the left one comes of clockwise. There is a large plastic ring on the cover at the place where the peddle shaft goes in. get a screwdriver into this and prise it of, this will allow enough for the cover to come of. Mines is the same not enough power to pull cable.

Run the software calibration for easy troubleshooting, and fix it.
However adjust the REED switch, clean it, and tight all plug or connector very well.

I have a Reebok RB1 exercise bike. The digital diplay has developed a fault in which it flickers rapdily. Removed batteries etc. but no joy when restart.

Try new batteries or if your model can use an a/c adapter I would try that. Otherwise I would think your console has gone bad.

If manufacturer and google are of no help, ask them. I guess they have the Reebok RB1000 manual for download on their site.

Some other tips:

•Walk and stretch every hour while on the plane to increase blood circulation and reduce muscle stiffness, fatigue and jet lag.
•When you arrive try to get outside. The sun will automatically help to reset your body clock.
