I have a similar problem...
We reformatted our hard drive, and had to re-install EVERYTHING :{
We can not find the install disk, but the u-max website you must buy it for $14.5 and there are issues with XP (we had ME before) and additional drivers may be needed???
Anyone else have this problem??
