On Delstar 700 DS, tap on wireless icon, press on, wait for wireless network window to pop up, select network you want, press connect at bottom of window, enter security (WEP, etc.) code, and press ok. Then go to Web icon on desktop, choose a browser (Yahoo or MSN), and wait for home page. You can go anywhere from there.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Delstar mini notebook

Original question was could you upgrade the Delstar mini-notebook.

Forgive my ignorance, but it's the first time being acquainted with this 'netbook'.
Search hits come up with Delstar DS700 Mini-Notebook.
Would this be correct?

If so, it utilizes the Windows CE operating system,

Reviews start at 2010, so I'm guessing the Windows CE version is Windows CE 6.0

Seems to fit the bill for all social networks.

Somebody stuck a mobile phone/PDA processor in a Netbook/Laptop?

This = no.

How do i connect my wi-fi on a Delstar Netbook

Is the wireless enabled on the laptop, if it is then it should detect any available wi-fi network when you switch it on.
If it does'nt detect a wi-fi signal it could be a problem with the wi-fi card driver.I don't know if you have the user guide for it but I thought you might need it so I uploaded it here for you.

I did notice in the manual there is a master reset switch recessed in the bottom of the case. You can use it to reset back to the default settings as if you had just bought it.
You must save all you personal files first though or you will use them.

Just purchased delstar 700 notebook i cant connect to wireless network

hi,

to connect your laptop to wireless network, you need to switch on your wireless adapter forst then you should have the access code to the network you want to you as some of them are pasworded and would require you to use your password at start up....

its also possible that the network you are try to join is temporaily unavailable therefore all you need might just be to try again later...

or to take your pc to the network manager to help you setup your system...

hope thid guide would be of use to you

Have a delstar netbook, having trouble getting it set up ,need a wep key and alsoand what would would thename network name be . model number DS700 s/n8250907644.

Err I think the Wep key is the password to your network. I.e. Your wireless network/modem password. The network name is the name of your wireless modem.

I have a delstar netbook i think its an ds700 series my charger doesn't work and i've tried every where and still can't find an replacement i need help with finding a charger in memphis or online

Someone asked me to fix one, but the charger was wrong. I found you can use a replacement charger from RadioShack (I happened to have one), It has replacable 'tips' that plug into the Delstar DS700 netbook. If you get one, watch the polarity, and the charger needs to be set for 5V DC, and it must be able to deliver AT LEAST 2A (or 2000mA).
The charger someone gave me for it was a 6V 500mA (or 0.5A), and it wouldn't even charge the battery.

Need ESSID and WEP info for a Toshiba Satellite A205

The users guide for your laptop won't have information about ESSID or WEP for any wireless networks you are trying to connect to. SSID is Site Security Identification. That is the name of the wireless network you are connecting to and WEP is Wired Equivalent Privacy and is a key that is set up on the wireless network that if you don't know that key you can't use that wireless network even if you know the SSID. Each wireless network will have its own ESSID and WEP settings. If you control (I.E. you have the username and password for that router) the wireless router that you are settings up you control what the ESSID and WEP settings are. If you purchased the wireless router that you are trying to connect to, you might need a users guide for that router or if the company you get your Internet from owns your wireless router, you need to contact them concerning the setup of that wireless router.

Hope that helps.
Good Luck
