Question about Microsoft Windows Server Standard Edition for PC
Dear Sir :
Today I wanted to open my VM (virtrul machine), I met a problem "Could not open virtual machine: C:\Users\dick\Documents\Virtual Machines\Windows XP Professional\Windows XP Professional.vmx. "C:\Users\dick\Documents\Virtual Machines\Windows XP Professional\Windows XP Professional.vmx" is not a valid virtual machine configuration file" . I tried every mothed to fix it's problem , but it did'nt work . Can you give me some tips ??
I know this post is an old one but I thought to provide the solution so it can help other facing similar issue. I compiled solutions within a blog post. Uninstall then reinstall the Windows VM component, once you do that, download any current updates for that.
