The hp director scan function no longer works properly. How can I correct the problem? Can I load just the hp director from the printer software?Printer is an hppsc 1210 all-in-one.

If this issue occurs, after installing the new version or revison of internet explorer then try to download the "Critical update to resolve an issue with HP Director after installing a new revision of Internet Explorer" from HP Website if the operating system is Windows XP.

If this issue occurs, in general follow the below instructions to solve the issue.

Download the HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One Printer
Install the HP Officejet J6480 All-in-One Printer while installing do not connect USB cable at any point of time if it asks, check USB connect later
Download the HP PSC 1210 All-in-One Printer
Install the HP PSC 1210 All-in-One Printer connect the USB cable when it asks to connect

Download the printer full feature software based upon your operating system.
