I went back to my Napster account and downloaded the music to a cd. I then downloaded the cd to my Samsung Media player and deleted the locked music. Now everything plays. I also discovered that some of my own CDs had locked when I transferred the music to my new computer so I just reloaded them on my computer and deleted the locked cds.
Sorry I'm reading your post so late. If you still are trying to turn on the player & can't, try carefully taking the back off and unplugging the battery from the hard drive for a few seconds. I had a similar problem & this rebooted it just fine. The battery probably needs to charge for awhile too. Hope this helps.
