Installing Streets & Trips 2005

When I attempt to install this program, it asks for a Run Disc. What is this? Did it come with my system? Is there any way that I can bypass this request?

Because upon original installtion it asks if you want to install the data (something like that). If you don't you will need to install thwe run disk each time because the map date is stored on it.
