DVD will not play disc (by 2 users)

Problem just started. The dvd never leaves the loading mode. Screen states: disc error: playback feature may not be available on this disc--please eject disc.

GuruYou need to find a good dvd cleaner and clean that real well run it a couple of times that should fix your problems. If not you may have to bring it in and get the optics cleaned by a professional. But I am confident if you get a good cleaning disk it should fix it, Happy Holidays
