1st You download Webcam Driver.
my webcam After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Check the model and manufacturer of your webcam then make a search in a search engine in the internet using your webcam info if you dont have the disk maybe you can find the drivers and download from the manufacturers webpage. Other than that you can ask the manufacturer if they can send you a new disk.

There are three choices:

1. Use another computer to copy the CD contents onto a USB flash drive, then install from the flash drive.

2. Borrow an external USB CD drive, connect it to your machine, and load from the CD.

3. Download the driver from the Logitech web site.

First of all, since you have no OS, you will need to purchase a copy from the computer store. Put the disk in the drive and boot the computer. As it's booting up press F2 and set to boot from CD. The Windows install shield will put the Windows OS onto your hard disk and install all the drivers for all conected devices, including the web cam.

I DONT HAVE CD DRIVE
you could buy an external USB one, or download the drivers for your webcam from the web, or use someone else's computer to read the disk and copy the files you need onto a USB memory stick and transfer them that way.

Changing he settings for my mikomi M6607 webcam
you found those into start all programs........so ...its just a name issue...the videocap ...is what you are looking for ...but the easiest way to make changes...its to start your web cam on a IM program ...preferable yahoo messenger ...cause on them ..the web cam has a separate window...
after that from the left corner click files ../preferences...it will open a window where you will click camera settings ...and that's all you make your settings ...(save ) aply ...and done..
I told ya to do so ...cause if you will try from the AMcap ...(videocap ) in your case...it will probably not display the kinda settings you want ...cause its a capture starter ...
