My mp3 player froze model:M240

I was at school listening to my MP3 and my teacher took it from me and now its locked up how do i fix it? PLEASE HELP

Is the lock switch locked? If it is slid to the right it is locked and you can't do anything.

Just reset the device by using a paper clip, or safety pin.
The reset port is located next to the lock button...

Frozen/wont charge/turn on

when your mp3 player freezes hold the power switch like your going to turn it off and holdit for roughly 10 seconds. that should reset the mp3 player

My Sansa m240 does not play music, it freezes.

Try going into your USB Settings on your device and ensure the unit is set to msc

Try playing that particular track on your PC. If the same happens, then it is a corrupt file.
