Open your wifi on the phone and press and hold the wifi network that you want to connect to then click (modify) re-enter the security code for the wifi network again and then connect. If that does not work then the wifi signal is weak and you'll need to get closer to your router.
Another thing is to choose United States for your Wifi Region in the wifi advanced settings menu.
-- uncheck (avoid poor connections)
-- check scanning always available
-- Wifi Region Code (select United States)
I dont think you must use this stick for this purpose. Except if you know where to find the wifi code of your hub or router. This code is what you enter in your wireless-connections (usually on the router somewhere) and your laptop will have internet. With a wire-connection you can insert or even change the wifi-code.
Ok first go to settings then click on Internet connection the it should say wifi click on it and look up your Internet code it is usually it is found on your computer in your computer settings type the code in where it says wifi code then it should say connected to (ur wifi) and that's it bye
do you have wifi? If you don't have wifi it wont connect. Plus if you do have wifi you prob. put a sec code in to block outsiders. so you need that same code to access your wifi

Generally WPA can accept a longer code than WEP format although a short code can be used for either. If your Archos is set to WEP and your WiFi network set to WPA (or vice versa) the format conflict will not allow the correct password to recognised
