Problem for Logitech QuickCam Chat Personal Web Camera

Idownloaded the softwear last year and all worked well.I unplugged the camera ubs afew mths back. Well today I plugged it back in and it said it was ready to use. Although it said it was ready I can't get the camera to turn on. It also does not show a shortcut to turn on.

I think you have to reinstall the software. May be any data file may be correcpted. Please reinstall your software of web cam.
