I need the video board for the ftr9965 decoder

I need the video board for the Philips ftr9965 decoder, it has a sticker on it with the code a005211 (yellow, white, green sticker). I'm not sure of this being the actual code I need. Can anyone help me to find this video circuit board? Or please let me know where I can look.
