I just added a Bluetooth adaptor to my dell so that I could transfer pics from my LG CU920. During the set up process I am being asked for the passcode. It says to refer to the info that came with the phone. I can not fid a passcode anywhere and the people at the local store have no idea either. Can you help?

The phone may not have bluetooth capability for file transfering. You can try to go your song that you want to trasfer and click on more option to see if there is a tranfer button or icon for bluetooth. If it does not then the phone does not have the ability to do that. hope this helps.
get the USB cable for your phone. I have the env 3 and the usb cable came with it. It will plug into your carger connection in your phone. As soon as you hook it up your cpu will ask you to connect through windows media and you can transfer music and video and pics through the cable... You can also email them to yourself through the pic mess option on your phone
connect your bluetooth adaptor to your computer and let the computer install the necessary drivers for it. when it is successfully installed, you will then be able to use the bluetooth adaptor to browse through a bluetooth network your LG phone when you set your phone's bluetooth visibility to ON
Do you mean it "can" or can't connect to your CU920?
If your CU920 is already paired to a computer or other device this first pairing must be stopped before the steps below will work.
On the Bluetooth headset:
1. Turn your headset ON.
2. Hold down the headset power button until the power indicator light blinks an alternating red & blue.
Then using your CU920....
3. Turn Bluetooth ON,
4. Search "New Device,"
5. Under "devices found" select your headset.
6. Select "Add." The CU920 will ask for a passcode.
7. Enter "0000" (four zeros) the default for the Explorer 220.
The Plantronics earpiece should automatically "pair" with your CU920.
Usually we use one 1 as a passcode. It is should be set from your cellphone then if the receiving unit ask for it enter 1 as passcode. But if security is also priority enter more digit to it.
You can get a bluetooth USB port adaptor and bluetooth them to your PC. Or if you have a micro sd card in your phone you can use your adaptor thet came with it use multi port to transfer them to your PC
