My new MP3 player installation CD is not compatible with Windows Vista and I was wondering if there is a way I can download something to install my MP3 player

You do not have to use the installation CD with Windows Vista all you have to do is plug in the MP3 Player and Windows Vista installs thr device itself.

You can just plug in the device to the computer it should install it automatically. You do not need the installation CD.
I purchased a Sanda e200 one year ago and was never able to install it because I had a HP Millenium and now I have a Dell with VISTA and cannot get the computer to recognize the player.
the installation cd says that it will only work on windows 98
how do i get my computer to recognise the mp3 player.

For my Zen Xtra, it says you have to upgrade the firmware in order to have it work on Vista. If you do so, however, it deletes everything in the player. Nice fix, don't you think?
