Problem for HP Photosmart R727 Digital Camera

it wont open when power is turn on,i keep getting ,(camera has experienced an error)(please reset your camera)this number accompanies the message-00000018-4489-957-000,ive read the manuel nowhere does it say how to reset, help ?

- I have the same problem. HP won't give any info on resetting camera unless you pay them for the info!!!- Guest
