hi,
We've two way's to unlock keyboard.

1.Go to this Link and follow the 3 simple steps.
http://www.handyexceltips.com/2008/04/30/how-to-unlock-keyboard/

2.If u've laptop then see the top of the tuchpad
there is a button may be this button was pressed accidently.
