Z22 palm handheld touchscreen won't respond -

Hi, Try doing a hard reset to see if this will correct the problem.

Hold down the power button and at the same time use the tip of your stylus or any other non sharp item and press the inside the reset hole on the back of your palm.
When you see the Palm power logo appear you can let go of the power button and also the one on the back of you unit.
It will display a message asking if you want to do a hard reset and that it will erase all your data. select yes by hitting the up part of your 5 way button on the bottom of your unit. This is the one you use to navigate around your palm screen. After it resets you wil then be prompted to reset the screen by tapping the targets. If it works great. If not then you have something wrong that needs to be looked at. Before you send it in go to:
